Spend minimal time searching for discs!

A clear and loud melody makes it easy to locate your disc—whether it’s stuck in a tree or bush, hidden in tall grass, covered by leaves, or even snow. Also useful for play at dusk/dark and for players with visual impairment.

DiscFinder is very easy to use, light, simple to install, and everything you need to get started is included.

Most players report no noticeable difference in their throws.

⚙️ Use

On/off: Hold the button. 1 beep = on, 2 beeps = off.

Choose time: Short press to choose how long until the alarm sounds (30 sec, 1, 2 or 3 min).

Start timer: It starts automatically after the last press.

Stop alarm: Short press when the alarm sounds.

Start again: Short press to start the timer again.

Auto-off: The unit turns itself off automatically after 1 minute of inactivity.

⚖️ Size and weight

V1 weighs about 6g without tape and about 8g with the strongest tape attached upon delivery.

The part that protrudes from the counter is ø32mm while the footprint is ø42mm.

🥏 Impact of flight?

Most people say they don't notice any difference. Many say they effectively throw farther because
they don't need to worry about losing the disc.

But a few report noticing a difference. Some that it makes the discs more understable, others more overstable. Some have also said it flies a bit shorter because of the added weight.

The majority of those who reported noticing a difference are high-level players. But of the more than 12,000 units sold (autumn 2025), we're talking maybe about 10 people who have said this.

As most people know, hard hits against trees and rocks will deform the disc and often also affect its flight… but we usually don't stop using that disc for that reason. And a hard impact, strong wind, cold air, etc. will affect flight far more than DiscFinder will, no matter what level you play at.

If you're worried that DiscFinder will affect flight, we suggest testing 2 units first so you can compare.
