Introduction

This purchase is governed by the following terms and conditions for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases over the Internet are primarily regulated by the Norwegian Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Control Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-Commerce Act, all of which grant consumers non-waivable rights. The terms of this agreement are not intended to limit consumers' statutory rights, but set out the rights and obligations of the parties in the transaction.

1. The Agreement

The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, the information provided in the ordering system, and any separately agreed terms. In the event of conflict, separately agreed terms take precedence, provided they do not conflict with mandatory legislation. The agreement is supplemented by relevant statutory provisions governing the purchase of goods between businesses and consumers.

2. The Parties

The seller is DiscFinder AS, org. no. 932 682 036, Holter Terrasse 20, 1448 Drøbak, Norway, hereinafter referred to as "the seller". The buyer is the consumer placing the order, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

3. Price

Norway and the EU. The stated price for the item includes all taxes and costs associated with dispatch, provided that correct information has been supplied. Additional costs not disclosed prior to purchase shall not be charged to the buyer.

Outside Norway and the EU. The stated price of the goods is exclusive of VAT. Shipping is charged with VAT. DiscFinder does not cover any costs that may arise in connection with import, such as customs duties, fees, etc. We encourage customers living outside Norway to investigate such costs in advance.

We reserve the right to change prices, and any typographical errors may be corrected. In the case of significant errors exceeding 20% of the normal price, we may reject the order even if an order confirmation has been sent.

4. Formation of Contract

The agreement is binding when the buyer has submitted their order to the seller. Exceptions apply if a typographical error has occurred in the offer or the order, and the other party should have been aware of the error.

5. Payment

The seller may require payment for the item when it is dispatched from the seller to the buyer. Vipps, Apple Pay, and Google Pay charge the amount immediately upon ordering. For card payments, the amount may be reserved at the time of ordering and charged when the item is dispatched.

For invoice payments, the invoice is sent together with the item, with a minimum payment deadline of 14 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify us clearly of your decision before the deadline — for example by email to daniel@discfinder.no. We appreciate a reason, but it is not required. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with stickers on, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Delivery

We offer shipping via Bring and Postnord, with a delivery time of 2–5 business days depending on the buyer's address in Norway. We select the carrier that according to available information will deliver fastest. If you have a preference, please note it on your order.

8. Complaints and Warranty

Upon receipt of goods, the buyer should inspect for any defects or faults. The buyer has the right to make a complaint within a reasonable time if defects are discovered in the product. Complaints are handled in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

9. Age Limit

You must be 18 years or older to shop in our online store.
