Shipping policy

For shipping in Norway (read about international shipping further down)
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within Norway. It is designed to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping terms and procedures. By placing an order through this store, you agree to the terms outlined here.

We charge a flat shipping fee of NOK 59 for all orders (excluding Jan Mayen and Svalbard). Orders are usually processed within one business day (Monday to Friday), and transit time is typically 1 to 3 business days.  Total expected delivery time is therfore 1-5 days.

We use Posten or PostNord as our delivery carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at daniel@discfinder.no.

If you decide to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

If your package is damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered while you were away, please get in touch with us for further instructions.

For international shipping 

For international orders we send letters and Norways Postal Service.

For Europe (outside of Norway) we charge €6,95-9,95 (5 units 6,95, else 9,95) and expect delivery between 2-8 days.

For rest of World we charge USD 9,95 and expect it to be delivered within 5-14 days.  If you can't find your country, please reach out to us and we will add it.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Duties and import costs for international orders
Please note that we do not cover any duties, VAT or import costs and these must be paid by yourself. Therefore, please check before placing an order. If you refuse to pick up your order, we will deduct any costs incurred from your refund. 

If you decide to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. Please note that we have to pay for international shipping before we send your items, so if canceled after we have paid for shipping but before your package has been picked up we cannot refund the shipping. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
