Return and Exchange Policy

By placing an order through DiscFinder, you agree to the terms described below. These guidelines are designed to ensure you are fully informed about our return and refund procedures.

A. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days Under EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to notify us clearly of your decision before the deadline – for example by email to daniel@discfinder.no. We appreciate a reason, but it is not required. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with stickers on, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Return Process Send or deliver the return to DiscFinder AS, Holter Terrasse 20, 1448 Drøbak, Norway. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

C. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at daniel@discfinder.no if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

D. Exchanges You may exchange items as long as they are unused and in brand new condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, or you may arrange to drop off at our warehouse. To arrange an exchange, contact us at daniel@discfinder.no.

E. No Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

F. Refunds We will notify you within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process the refund.
