Right of Return: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Unclaimed Packages: If you change your mind, you must still collect the package and return it yourself. You are responsible for providing the correct pickup location and contact information (name, address, email, phone number). Unclaimed packages or those returned due to incorrect information will be charged shipping costs and any other import-related costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping: We automatically ship to the countries available at checkout. This includes most countries in Europe, as well as Canada, the USA, New Zealand, and Australia. For international customers, please be aware that import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees are not included in the listed price and must be handled by the buyer. We strongly recommend checking local regulations before ordering.

Introduction
This purchase is governed by the following sales terms for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases are primarily regulated by the Norwegian Contracts Act, Consumer Purchase Act, Marketing Act, Right of Withdrawal Act, and E-commerce Act, which grant non-waivable rights to consumers. These terms are not intended to limit your legal rights but to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms of sale, the details provided in the ordering process, and any specifically agreed-upon terms. In case of conflict, the specifically agreed terms take precedence unless they conflict with mandatory legislation. The agreement is supplemented by relevant legal provisions governing purchases between businesses and consumers.
2. Parties
The seller is DiscFinder AS, org. 932 682 036, Holter Terrasse 20, 1448 Drøbak, Norway (referred to as "the seller").
The buyer is the consumer who places the order (referred to as "the buyer").
3. Price
Within Norway and the EU: All prices include VAT and shipping, provided that accurate delivery information is submitted. No additional fees will apply unless clearly stated at checkout.
Outside Norway and the EU: Prices listed are exclusive of VAT. Shipping is subject to VAT. DiscFinder does not cover any costs related to import, such as customs duties, VAT, or administrative fees. These must be paid by the buyer. We recommend checking such costs in advance before placing an order.
We reserve the right to change prices and correct any typographical errors. In cases of significant pricing errors (over 20% deviation from normal price), we may cancel the order even if a confirmation has been sent.
4. Contract Conclusion
The agreement becomes binding once the buyer has submitted an order. Exceptions apply if there has been a clear typographical error in the offer or order that the other party should reasonably have noticed.
5. Payment
The seller may require payment when the item is shipped. Vipps, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are charged immediately upon ordering. For card payments, the amount may be reserved at the time of ordering and charged upon dispatch.
For invoice payments, the invoice is sent with the goods and must be paid within at least 14 days.
6. Right of Return
Buyers have a 14-day return right after receiving the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
7. Delivery
Within Norway, we use Bring and PostNord, with delivery typically within 2–5 business days, depending on your address. We will choose the fastest option based on the delivery address, but you may specify a preferred carrier at checkout.
For international orders, we use the Norwegian Postal Service, which generally cooperates with your local national postal carrier. Orders are typically handed over within one working day. Delivery to Europe usually takes 4–10 days, but please be aware that customs processing in your country may cause delays. This is beyond our control.
8. Complaints and Warranty
Upon receiving the item, the buyer should inspect it for any defects or damage. The buyer has the right to file a complaint within a reasonable time if any issues are discovered. Complaints are handled according to the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.
9. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase in the online store.
