Return and Exchange Policy

By ordering through DiscFinder you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below. These guidelines are designed to ensure that you are fully informed about our return and refund procedures.

A. Right of withdrawal – 14 days
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with stickers on and in the original packaging. Remember to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us at daniel@discfinder.no . If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Damage and problems
Please inspect your item upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

D. Change
We only exchange items that are damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at daniel@discfinder.no .

E. No refill fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

F. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. Upon approval, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
