Pro discs and the world, DiscFinder expands internationally

DiscFinder Expands Internationally — More Retailers Across Europe and Japan

DiscFinder grows with the sport

Disc golf is no longer a niche for a handful of locals. Around the world, courses are appearing at a pace few outdoor sports can match: according to the UDisc Growth Report, there are now more than 17,000 courses in 99 countries, with roughly three new courses opening every day in 2025. Players logged more than 21 million rounds in the app that year — a reminder that more people keep finding their way onto fairways, from city parks to wooded corridors.

When more people play, more discs also disappear into tall grass, brush, and snow. That is exactly where DiscFinder belongs: a simple melody alarm you stick under the disc, with no app and no phone required. The more people play — and the more shops carry DiscFinder — the easier it is to keep a round moving.

As of October 2026: 20 retailers in six countries

We’re proud to say DiscFinder is now sold through 20 retailers in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, and Japan. It’s still a young network, but it’s real: specialty shops and online stores that know their customers, and that believe everyday players deserve less searching and more playing.

  • Norway — 15 retailers
  • Sweden — Discexpress
  • Denmark — DiscTree
  • Germany — DiscWolf
  • Spain — Mad Disc Golf
  • Japan — Rising Sun Discs

The full list with addresses and links is on our DiscFinder retailers page. We update it whenever new partners come on board.

More countries are in conversation — and that’s exciting

Behind the scenes we’re talking with shops in additional countries. Some conversations are early; others are closer to a first order. We won’t name anyone before an agreement is in place, but the direction is clear: DiscFinder should be easy to find wherever disc golf already thrives — and wherever it’s just starting to grow.

International expansion isn’t a goal for its own sake. The goal is that a player who loses a favorite disc in Madrid, Yokohama, or Trondheim can walk into a local shop and get help right away.

Players: got a shop to tip us about?

If you’re reading this as a customer and know a local disc golf shop that should carry DiscFinder, we’d love the tip. Send us the shop’s name, location, and website through our contact page — or ask the shop to reach out. Some of our best partners have come through players who care about their local scene.

Retailers: you’re warmly welcome

If you’re reading this and you sell disc golf equipment yourself, we’d love to hear from you. We work with specialty shops that want a product that’s easy to explain, easy to demonstrate, and that actually solves a problem players talk about after almost every round.

Get in touch via contact, and we’ll share wholesale terms and product info. No hard sell — just an honest conversation about whether DiscFinder fits your shelf.

Why this matters for disc golf

The sport grows because it’s accessible: often free courses, a low barrier for beginners, and strong local communities. A lot of that growth happens outside the biggest tournament scenes — among people who play afternoon rounds with friends, bring their kids, or squeeze in a solo round before dark.

DiscFinder is built for exactly that group. When more shops stock it, clubs, beginners, and “I just play for fun” golfers can spend less time searching and more time enjoying the round.

Thank you to every retailer already on board — and thank you if you tip us, ask a question, or get in touch. October 2026 is just a snapshot. We’d love to write the next chapter together with more shops, in more countries.
